Salon tricot beanie sport made in Finland. The material is domestic Coolmax® polyester. The fiber does not absorb moisture, but when it is against the skin it transfers moisture away from the surface of the skin. An excellent beanie for jogging and other sports.

Coolmax

The fiber channels in the Coolmax fabric increase the surface area of the fiber, enhancing the knit’s ability to transport heat and moisture away from the skin. Skin that stays dry cools the body the fastest. As a moisture-repellent fiber, Coolmax also repels dirt that comes with sweat and thus stays clean longer. A garment that stays dry and clean does not stick to the skin and cools well. The energy produced by the body is saved for performance itself when less energy is used for cooling.
